Candle Questions
Q: What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
A: Each Flaménoir candle is crafted with a premium coconut-soy wax blend that ensures a clean, smooth burn and excellent scent throw.
Q: How long do the candles burn?
A: Our 10 oz candles burn for approximately 55–60 hours with proper care and wick trimming.
Q: Why does my candle have a frosty or uneven top?
A: Natural waxes like soy and coconut may occasionally frost or create slight surface changes. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance or scent.
Q: How do I get the best burn from my candle?
A: Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the candle to melt edge-to-edge (a full melt pool) on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Room & Linen Spray Questions
Q: What is the size of your spray?
A: Each spray is 100 ml (3.4 oz) — the maximum size allowed for carry-on travel, so yes, it’s TSA-approved.
Q: Can I use this on my linens or clothes?
A: Yes — our sprays are designed for fabrics, linens, and room use. Always patch test on delicate fabrics before widespread use.
Q: Is it safe to use on skin?
A: While our formula is made with skin-safe ingredients, it's intended for air and linen use, not as a personal body mist.
Q: How long does the scent last?
A: The scent can last several hours, depending on the fabric, room size, and air circulation.
Storage & Care
Q: How should I store my candle or spray?
A: Keep all Flaménoir products in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight or excessive heat.
Q: What temperature is too hot for storing my product?
A: Avoid storing products in spaces that exceed 80°F (27°C). Heat may cause the wax to melt, the fragrance to break down, or spray oils to separate — impacting overall performance.
Orders & Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding holidays or during collection launches.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
A: Not at this time, but we plan to host in-person experiences and pop-ups in select cities soon.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your item.
