We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We may request clear images or video of the issue for verification.

If the error is on our end, we will:

• Cover all return shipping costs.

• Provide a prepaid return label.

• Send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Not Fully Satisfied with Your Product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within the 15-day window for a refund or replacement. In this case:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Refund Details

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

• If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or product damage.

• A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
